Crewless was created by Kevin O'Regan and Tommy Flavin. They've been Founders and Creative Directors of The Reelists, a video production company based in Dublin, since 2015. As video producers, Kevin and Tommy have always been frustrated by how difficult it is to find freelance crew for their productions. Years of dealing with this problem inspired them to launch Crewless.

They aim to transform the industry in Ireland, helping connect Producers with the thousands of talented freelancers up and down the country.
