Her screen credits include Michael Inside, Calm with Horses, You Are Not My Mother, The Miracle Club, Smother & Kathleen Is Here, directed by Eva Birthistle. In 2025, Doupe won the IFTA Award for Best Supporting Actress – Drama for her portrayal of Marian Price in the FX/Disney+ series Say Nothing.
