Oonagh Kearney is an award-winning Irish director and writer based in Cork. She directed The Au Pair (ITV/Canal+/Channel 5, 2025) & Obituary (Magamedia/RTÉ/Hulu/AMC, IFTA-nominated 2024), as well as Vardy v Rooney (Channel 4, BPG-nominated 2022), & worked 2nd Unit on Bad Sisters (Apple TV). She is developing new TV dramas with Keeper Pictures/RTÉ and features with Screen Ireland, Blinder Films, and EZ Films. She began as a casting director for Ken Loach and studied at NFTS.
