Peter Lavery1

Born in Dublin, Peter is a screenwriter and director. He moved to London in 2019 to pursue filmmaking, earning a BA in Practical Filmmaking from MetFilm School in 2022. His debut short, Tequila Dream (2021), won Best Director at Prague IFF and Best Student Film at Birmingham FF. His follow-up, Alone With You, screened at the BAFTA-qualifying Carmarthen Bay FF and earned a Young Filmmaker nomination at Cinemagic Belfast. Peter makes his feature debut with All That Glitters at DIFF.
