Brian O'Malley2

Brian is a film and television director. He led the Anthony Horowitz series Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue (Eleventh Hour/Sony/MGM+/BBC), airing in 2025. In 2024 he directed Netflix’s No.1 series The Cuckoo and episodes of Alex Rider S3. Earlier, he was series director on The Ex Wife (Paramount+) and That Dirty Black Bag (AMC+). His films Let Us Prey—winner of the Méliès d’Argent at BIFFF 2014—and The Lodgers (TIFF 2017) define his gothic style. He began in commercials before moving into drama.
