Dennis is a Dublin filmmaker whose award-winning short doc The Building & Burning of a Refugee Camp (2024) won the Swedish Academy Award for Best Short Film & was selected by the French Academy of Cinema as one of the year’s best shorts. His features include I Must Away (2023) & Celtic Utopia/Útóipe Cheilteach (2025), which premiered at Locarno. His next short, The New Policy Regarding Homeless Asylum Seekers (2025), examines Ireland’s asylum system.
