Nuala O’Connor has nearly 20 years' experience in TV & film. She spent 9 years at RTÉ as a researcher & radio producer before co-founding Hummingbird Productions with Philip King in 1987, producing acclaimed music & arts docs including A River of Sound, Christy & Meitheal. A founder of South Wind Blows Productions, she directed projects with figures such as Michael D. Higgins & The Gloaming. She co-produced Ceiliúradh at the Royal Albert Hall & was the trad reviewer for The Irish Times.
