Malcolm is an award-winning screenwriter from Mansfield whose work spans film and TV. His credits include the acclaimed features What Richard Did and 500 Miles. He created and wrote Channel 4’s hit drama Ackley Bridge, and has contributed to popular series such as Shameless and Skins. His screenplay for What Richard Did won major awards including Evening Standard, WGI & IFTA honours. He also co-wrote Herself with Clare Dunne, directed by Phyllida Lloyd, which won the IFTA for Best Script.
