Polymath Maria Doyle Kennedy has enjoyed a career in the arts for over 3 decades. She began acting in Alan Parker’s cult classic The Commitments & has since appeared in over 50 films and TV series, including The Tudors, Downton Abbey, Orphan Black, Outlander & Wolfwalkers. Music, her first love, has brought 11 solo albums and her own record label. She is now writing and directing, with two award-winning shorts completed and a feature in development with Screen Ireland.
