Tim Curry (1946–2026) was an actor, singer & voice performer from Grappenhall, Cheshire. He began his career in the original production of Hair in 1968 & worked with the Royal Court Theatre & Royal Shakespeare Company. Curry became a global star as Dr Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Show & its 1975 film adaptation His screen credits included Annie, Clue, Legend, The Three Musketeers, Muppet Treasure Island & Charlie’s Angels. He portrayed Pennywise in 1990 miniseries It.
